Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once our team verifies the issue, we will provide:

  • A replacement product
    or

  • A full refund if replacement is unavailable

Approved refunds for defective products will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.


14-Day Product Defect Guarantee

If your product becomes defective within 14 days of delivery due to a manufacturing issue, you may be eligible for:

  • A replacement product
    or

  • A full refund

To qualify:

  • The damage must not be caused by misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling

  • Proof of defect must be provided with photos or videos

  • The request must be submitted within 14 days after delivery

FlexoraHub reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approval.


Return Eligibility for Defective Products

To qualify for a replacement or refund due to product defects:

  • The item must be unused when possible

  • The item must remain in original packaging when applicable

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Shipping Delays

Delivery delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

are not eligible for refunds or chargebacks.


Regional Consumer Rights

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the 14-day cooling-off period where legally required.

However, FlexoraHub reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with product condition requirements or abuse the return policy.


United States Customers

Customers in the United States are subject to this policy in accordance with applicable federal and state consumer laws.

Refunds are only provided for verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items.


Middle East & Arab Countries Customers

For customers located in:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Saudi Arabia (KSA)

  • Qatar

  • Kuwait

  • Bahrain

  • Oman

  • Egypt
    and other Arab countries,

all orders are considered final sale unless the item received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or develops a verified manufacturing defect within 14 days of delivery.

Customs fees, import taxes, or local delivery delays are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
